Knowing how rather than just knowing is the whole point of student learning and employee training.

Focus feedback on the task, not on the learner

Elaborate, don’t just verify

Provide immediate feedback when:

A rapid gain is desired

The task is complicated

The job (task) requires motor skills

The task involves the retention of procedural or conceptual knowledge

Learners are low achievers.

It is essential to understand that teaching, being an instructor, is a complex profession that requires knowledge, practices, and behaviors that must constantly adapt according to the object to be learned and the learners who must learn it.

Even more so when we consider the impacts digital technology, artificial intelligence, and the environment have and will have on the lives of citizens and their professional activities.
